    The seller, Suzqbooks, timely expedited and shipped my purchase order of the book, 'Last Train To Alcatraz,' to me. The order was as advertised and described. It is of good appearance, quality and value. It also was packaged carefully. The book is the autobiography of one of the last prisoners who was released from Alcatraz when the prison closed in 1964, regarding the bank robber, Leon Whitey Thompson.     Doll arrived w/inexplicable damage to fragile celluloid face, even though sturdily packed. Seller acted with integrity, refunding in full. Price & shipping were very fair & good value. Doll was otherwise as described.

    Highly recommend seller! The book was wrapped very securely in bubble wrap and even was wrapped just like a gift. I have ordered a few hundred books this year and this is one of the couple I've gotten that's wrapped like a gift, very caring on the sellers side to make sure I got some joy unwrapping it!. It also arrived quickly and just as expected! I would buy from again, and highly recommend!

    Unfortunately, the seller could not find the book and had to refund my purchase. However, the seller was very good at communicating this to me. They even sent me a lovely card in the mail with $5 inside. I highly recommend this seller, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. We all make mistakes with inventory, but not everyone goes this far out of their way to apologize. I have the card hanging on my fridge. I think I prefer it to the book I was trying to purchase.
