  All I can say is that the entire transaction was Fantastic. They were very responsive to questions I had and after I purchased my tailgate I received it in about four days. What was really impressive was the packaging of the tailgate. They really took their time and wrapped and packaged the tailgate excellently. I was very happy with packaging.   Item was exactly as described. Shipping was quick and was VERY well packaged! Item was a fender and was bubble wrapped, then packaged well with cardboard (including supportive pieces), and then shrink wrapped around the outside. Kept item from getting any damage in shipping!

  Part came in damaged front shipping company, was well wrapped but it was tossed around unfortunately. The seller was great thru this whole ordeal and refunded me.
