    Easy site to manoeuvre, extremely prompt on refunds of any additional postage when ordering. Almost feel like he has a sixth sense as no sooner do I order than the items seem to arrive. Always as described, nothing hidden, what you see is what you get. Package always well presented to ensure no breakages as over-size. Postman has to knock as will not fit through the letterbox with all the packing ! Chris
