  Was extremely impressed with how well this was packed, there was definetly some thought and care put into it. It arrived in perfect shape ready for use. Overall i am very pleased with my neon sign. Quality is very nice and color is very on point. The pricing was very fair for the size of the sign as well! Will definetly purchase again in the future if i need another neon!!   10/10 showed up way faster than i expected and its almost exactly like the sign pictured. They packed it in a way that took alot of effort. There wasnt any square inch of the package that wasn't filled with foam and it was all little pieces cut by hand to fit precisely, probably took alot of time to do it. Thank you -Michael

  Please read! Highly recommend. My light arrived damaged due to mail service, but the seller was quick to ship a replacement piece and it was easy to switch out on my own without any tools. Great seller with great communication. I gave this light to my friend today and she absolutely loves it.

  Although the sellers communication was fantastic, the original neon i received was broken in about 4 places. I was sent replacement parts and 1 of the replacement parts is broken. Im a bit frustrated at this point as I've been going back and forth for about a month now. My honest opinion is their packaging could use some serious work. Any weight on the top of the boxes I received, things inside could easily break, as they did.

  It came in packed to the top so that it would arrive safe in 1 piece. Looks just like the picture and can't wait to give it to my neon sign collector boyfriend. Great seller, great communication and fast delivery. Will definitely be shipping with them again.
