    Was extremely impressed with how well this was packed, there was definetly some thought and care put into it. It arrived in perfect shape ready for use. Overall i am very pleased with my neon sign. Quality is very nice and color is very on point. The pricing was very fair for the size of the sign as well! Will definetly purchase again in the future if i need another neon!! Seller was very helpful and quick to respond as well! 10 stars! 🌟

    10/10 showed up way faster than i expected and its almost exactly like the sign pictured. They packed it in a way that took alot of effort. There wasnt any square inch of the package that wasn't filled with foam and it was all little pieces cut by hand to fit precisely, probably took alot of time to do it. Thank you -Michael

    Please read! Highly recommend. My light arrived damaged due to mail service, but the seller was quick to ship a replacement piece and it was easy to switch out on my own without any tools. Great seller with great communication. I gave this light to my friend today and she absolutely loves it.

    This product came broken. It looked like the box went through hell it does say fragile on it but the shipping service didn’t care apparently and now I need a gift for my boss in 10 days. I doubt I’ll get a replacement. I don’t know what the seller could do. It’s all on the shipping service either they take care of it or they don’t and apparently these people whoever was UPS did not. I guess I wouldn’t use UPS. I don’t know.

    UPS did a horrible job!! They did not treat my package fragile like it said.

    Buyer is a very nice person, and understanding that it's not our fault. But UPS was terrible on delivery a fragile item. But we have to take the consequences a negative feedback because of the bad shipment, frustrated!
