    The item is exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. On the first delivery there was a mistake: it was the wrong item. But the seller was very responsive: he sent me back the right item extremely quickly, plus compensation, at no extra cost. I am very satisfied with the behaviour of this seller; I recommend him.

    The wrong drives were initially sent to me, slightly different model so not suitable for me. A genuine mistake given the seller had other drives listed and the differences are not obvious. The seller suggested a few other models of drives so I was able to find suitable replacemets. A really first class service, thanks so much.

    Well packed, quickly shipped. Error in part of listing text (did not match listing photographs) was overlooked by buyer, so item cannot be used as intended, however, this error was responsibility of buyer (my mistake failing to properly review listing) so this is ***** POSITIVE FEEDBACK ***** reflecting good transaction with seller. I recommend "Surplus Tech Mart" and expect future purchases from Surplus Tech Mart. Thank you!

    Arrived quite fast considering the distance..well packaged and in very nice shape ...the price was reasonable and the appearance was clean with no physical damage....seems to work just fine but further testing is on going.. good seller that I will no doubt use again...
