  Unfortunately the laptop arrived in way worse shape than advertised, but the seller was gracious, set up a return and refund, good communication, we were talking about doing an exchange but something came up on our end. So I appreciate the sellers ability to communicate and they apologized for everything. Communication is lacking here on eBay but not with this seller.

  Great seller. I am not sure how these can be called renewed, this was literally brand new in the original packaging with unopened accessories. Great value! Everything arrived better than expected in a well packaged box. I will 100% be watching them for more deals like this.
