  Product worked fine. No low profile bracket included and shipping for $10 was a lot considering usps sent the package back and forth across the country before it got to me. Not the sellers fault it got lost but perhaps use a more reputable service. I would buy from seller again

  Works great shipping was fast but expensive. Packed nicely so I guess I’ll just have to eat the shipping charge I’d recommend this seller for future purchases

  Super duper buyer beware. Oh where do I start, I was going to explain everything very fully but honestly I'm not going to waste my time. Long story short these guys are like kids in the basement not only do they send the item awfully packaged, a couple hundred dollar laptop but then they ignore your messages when they clearly State one thing in their listing and then change the listing and list the same thing with different things later on and try to twist it up when you get the wrong item.

  As shown on the picture provided by the buyer, the package was opened/inspected by a third party and was re-labeled. And the buyer was comparing for another item which was listed at higher price. I even upgraded to a better unit, but this buyer doesn't understand and ended up not returning item to us. This buyer tried to get at partial refund with a silly excuse and left negative feedback since I rejected.
