My first order of bits were damaged in shipping and unusable when they arrived. But the seller was quick to respond to to my messages and sent me a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement bits were shipped immediately and arrived in great shape. They cut the bits out with a small amount of sprue remaining which i prefer as it avoids accidental pitting that can happen when cuts are made too close.
