  I ordered a "Good" quality MacBookPro, 32 RAM, 1TB Storage. Had questions about ports, responded quickly prior to ordering. • Some scratches on the front, under the logo, but that's it! • Packaged very well for shipping. • Received new power cord too. • Ordered Thursday late afternoon & received Saturday. Very happy with choice - $1270 rather than $3000 for new one Would order from supplier again.

  iPhone 14 Plus (Red) came exactly as described—very good condition with no scratches and 80% battery health. Fast 2-day shipping! Only issue was the packaging—the box wasn’t sealed properly and was shipped in just a FedEx envelope, which felt a bit risky. Luckily, no damage. Overall, great experience and would buy from this seller again.

  This iPhone mini 13 is in very good condition as described by seller with fast 2-day free shipping vis Fed EX. It was well packaged in a box labeled as refurnished and has clear instructions regarding return including statement that the seller will be happy if the buyer is happy! The phone has a replaced new battery with a capacity of 100% on battery health check. I am indeed a happy buyer! Highly recommended seller! Thank you very much!

  All was over the top professional. A mention about shipping which is known, out of the hand of Supplytronics, the outer box had a hole in it, 1 inch by 1 & a half inches. Supplytronics prepared for this possibility by putting a box within a box. The outer box was Very Stout and large, some shipping wrap? may have gone inside to keep inter computer box from sliding around, but outer damage didn't effect the inter. Shipping so often comes with issues. Supplytronics was GREAT. Great Indeed

  Shipping was fantastically fast. The item was exactly as described the phone was in really good shape, however when I took it to get it activated they said they couldn't do it. I do not blame the seller for this I blame T-Mobile for not knowing what the heck they were doing. Very helpful great communication this is someone that I would purchase from again. And I did. I ordered a different phone.
