  I did not receive the first oreder. Contacted the seller through ebay. Seller answered my question regarding the purchased item an ran into the same quagmire I encountered. Seller contacted me again and stated same problem. They immediately reordered the item and is on its way. I can see the actual updates as it passes from one place to another. Seller is working with me 100%.
