The item received was defective. The seller admitted it and offered a partial refund. When I insisted that I wanted a full refund, he resisted and delayed. eBay customer service was even more difficult, as eBay's AI system could not understand the issue. The seller wanted me to ship it back to China, and the estimated cost was 15 times what I had paid. eBay's promise of refund within three(?) days did not work. Finally I got my refund from eBay, not seller after 20 days. Sorry, eBay, you failed

Listing says Three meters long. The two packages I ordered actually are less than 2.5 meters long. After a long exchange of messages with the seller, the seller stopped responding and did not resolve the problem. The Listing remains uncorrected. I also purchased the same item on Amazon. It turned out to be from the same labeled package and was also a half meter short. I will seek a different supplier in the future.
