I cant fault the seller for trying to resolve the issue and ultimately providing a full refund without fuss. But the carrier Yodel are completey incompetent, their communication is childish (i.e lots of moaning without taking rsponsibility). I wish ebay sellers would choose a different delivery company, this is not the first time I have had my stuff lost and the culprit is always Yodel.

Diese Firma kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell, die Kommunikation war äusserst freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank,dafür und, der nächste Kauf wird bei ihnen getätigt.
