  Item came new in box wrapped. It would charge but once off charger, not play. Contacted seller and they promptly replied and issued a full refund. Very good seller! Prompt service, quick delivery. I dont feel they would have known about the issue as it was new in box....just bad luck on device.

  I love it 🥺♥️. It is beautiful. I love so much Taylor Swift and really thanks for sell me that seller. Seller 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They answered me all questions, excellent communication, thank you so much 🫶🏻. Condition is new and quality is great, although it came open from below and have damp spots in the plastic bag 💔. Value is expensive but I understand because it is rare and discountinued.   Item was purchased on 1/21, shortly after shipping label was created. Now 8 days later and the item is still waiting on carrier pick up. Reaced out to seller days ago informing the timeframe is unacceptable no reasponce from seller. Terrible experience I would never order from this person again and would never recommend to anyone.
