  Great quality and fits perfectly. Description is correct. I had the warning banner, saying that it wouldn’t fit my 21 Street Bob (FSBBS), but I trusted the sellers description and I’m glad I did.  Seller is amazing as well! This rack was reasonably priced and I received it in an acceptable timeframe.

  As described, great price compared to OEM. Slow shipping but it was free. Shipped from the same company as the eBay seller TCMTINC, who I had a negative experience with, so that concerns me that this seller and tcmtinc are the same people, with multiple storefronts. That feels dishonest to me, so while I'm rating this experience as Positive, I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

  Motorcycle seat was not as advertised as fitting in spite of my motorcycle being listed on their "it will fit" list. Returned the seat at $48 out of my pocket. Have UPS confirmation that it was received at the address seller provided me on Thursday morning. As of late Friday afternoon I have received no confirmation, no update. Not happy or impressed with the seller's poor customer service. I expect a refund and they seem to be hoping I will forget about it? Again, no reasons have been provided

  This seat can be installed on the buyer's bicycle, but the buyer didn't like it because it is too small. This seat is a low-profile style, and the passenger seat will be smaller than his original one.We have measurements of this seat in the ad, please double check the size before purchase.   I need to return them they will not work they will messed up I would very disappointed about what I received and I am trying to see how can I send them back I do not need it tell me the way that I need to do to send them back so I can get a refund for them I have tried but seem like I can't get nothing to work to send them back to get a refund so I am I have been calling and I haven't be able to reach anymore so I want to know what other option does I have so I can send them back to you all this
