    Seller was very responsive over email and confirmed the remote would work with my specific projector model; the item was despatched on the same day and arrived a week in advance of the anticipated delivery date. The remote is exactly as ordered and works perfectly with my projector. Very happy to recommend this seller!

    This seller is amazing! The remote i originally ordered did not work for what ever reason and the seller made sure to remedy the problem even when facing personal hardships! First they reasured that they will get to the bottom of the issue. Sugested things that might fix the problem when that didnt work they sent out a new remote after receiving pictures of the old broken one. I can only say good things about this seller and will use again in the future without question. Amazing seller! 5 stars

    Was despatched quickly but took 2 weeks to get here which was disappointing, had things much quicker from China before. Once here it worked for 3 days and then stopped. Notified the seller and asked for a replacement, but they asked if I could test it first. Did the test which suggested it was working, so was then asked to perform a key combination to reset it. Well, this did the trick and it has been working fine since. The seller was very helpful in getting it to function again, so I am happy.
