A simple question of can you and they did. The other 2 companies that i tried to buy this item from just had too many excuses. You have to pay more to get the upgraded version, this one is defective. Quick reply and received the coop the next day. Great customer service. Easy to put together, wood is quite thin which makes it light weight to move around but would have liked to to be a bit more sturdy. Looks great when put together and think it will house our chickens well.
