  The boots were in excellent condition. Basically new. The seller was wonderful to communicate with. Even providing extra photos of the interior of the boots and soles. Unfortunately the size was too small even though it was labeled US men’s 12. We were able to rectify the sale without any complications. I’ll definitely feel comfortable looking and purchasing items from Trendallo in the future.  Did I mention the shoes arrived early? They did.
