That said condition of device and packaging was fine. Just did not like product. Seller quickly offered a price adjustment or return and refund, my choice. I chose return and refund. Seller refunded purchase price promptly after receiving the return. No issues whatsoever for return. I would buy from seller again, just not this product. It took longer to unpackage and read the instructions than it did to diagnose my issue and reset it. The price was better than what I could acquire this unit locally, although I had to wait for it. The shipping could have been faster but that was of no fault to the seller and more on UPS dragging their feet. Communication with the seller was fantastic and appreciated.
