  Exactly as described: Looks really good. Seller sent an e-mail to confirm fitment before shipping. Packaged well: In plastic, inside thick layer of foam padding, inside cardboard box. The seller did well, but USPS really needs DOGE'd: The package went half way around the country before it got to me.

  Received tow hooks just as described in the pics provided by the seller. They fit perfectly as promised by the seller after verifying proper fit through VIN. Looked New and packaged well. Priced fairly. Would buy from seller again! Shipping arrival time took a bit but not the sellers fault. Shipping into the Miami area can be hectic with how busy it can be around here.

  I actually did not receive this item. Thankfully the seller helped me by checking the vin number. I was ordering the wrong part. They cancelled the order and refunded me. Definitely will shop with them again!!!!

  Outstanding product and customer service. The early emails to confirm my VIN to ensure I was getting the right part / color combo was awesome but I really appreciated the way the part was packaged when arrived. They really went out of their way to ensure my order would not be damaged. For just a simple armrest replacement, I was very impressed with the service level. Great experience!
