  I specifically asked if the item is made of color glass or painted. I was told it is not painted. Item arrived: it is of course painted clear glass. I paid a lot of money to ship item to Europe, being mislead by the seller about the key feature. All my attempts of contact to settle the issue were completely ignored. Very shameful behaviour at the part of the seller who will not take any responsibility for misleading buyer

  It was not painted, You wanted me to refund money back to you directly. You have to go through ebay!

  Item arrived as described and was very well packaged. Item shipped quickly but was delayed at a transfer hub at no fault of the seller. I became nervous that the package would arrive damaged, but again it was very well packaged and arrived intact. I would definitely do business with this seller again.
