  Absolutely great response and fast shipping. Many thanks to them. The only problem was DHL (eBay int'l shipping) has minor issue on parcel tracking. Other than that, the whole buying process and requests that before purchase were fantastic. The packaging was also good that protect my purchase without over packaging. I've received my cue in good shape and as I ordered and described. Beside a bit higher than expected shipping cost, this purchase is value for money.

  Purchase arrived in perfect condition. Was delivered a day earlier that I had anticipated. Seller was unavailable for personal reasons and still made sure the purchase was shipped as promised. The price for the cue and case was significantly less than any other seller I was able to locate. So much so that I was a little suspicious. However, the cue was brand new as advertised; the case was a solid case for carrying the cue, and the overall experience with this seller was exceptional.

  This company will answer any questions and help you in every way. I got a free case and some stickers too along with the product I ordered. I got the product 30% below retail value. “Sunshine Hut” will be my go to place for Billards from now on. The guy even sent me pictures of measurements for confirmation before I even paid. The condition was brand new. The Quality was perfect. Packaging looked great. Very PRO company! I CHOOSE SUNSHINE HUT!!!
