  Placed order after asking if the product would include a specific part (the footprint); was told that it would. Days later - and only after I contacted the seller b/c the item hadn't shipped - the seller cancelled order because "item was out of stock." Seems like seller doesn't actually know what they are selling and so buying from them is "hoping to get what you ordered."

  I ordered item (snowboard bag) from this seller 1 week ago. On the day I was supposed to receive it, I got a seller requested cancellation due to item being "damaged." However, when I went to seller's page - they now have the exact same item # for sale, but at a higher price. This is not honest. Beware of this seller!
