  Shipping took a long time received two weeks after posted date. But that might have been ebay fault the seller said. Ebay put the wrong shipping information in the system. Estes took a long time to deliver. We had to call them in order for shipment to continue it's delivery. The product is amazing. The seller was responsive and shipped immediately. Maybe get a different delivery service.

  Signature required should be requested by the buyer. Not the shipper. I've had TONS of inflatables delivered to our address with no issues and dhl and other shippers offer contactless signature drop offs. Maybe try using a delivery service other than fedex.
