The seller confirmed it is exactly what I was looking to purchase, once confirmed I went ahead and placed the order.   I contacted the seller because I wasn’t pleased with the condition of the device as it was described on eBay. The seller immediately contacted me back and issued a very fair, partial refund.   I contacted the seller because the expiration date on the listing was wrong—the date on the item I received was 2 1/2 years EARLIER than what was on the listing. Initially the seller refused to send a partial refund for their error and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the mistake. I had to contact eBay and then they sent a partial refund.
