  The seller has been great to work with. I reached out to the seller before purchasing the product to confirm authenticity of exactly what I was looking for. The seller confirmed it is exactly what I was looking to purchase, once confirmed I went ahead and placed the order. Once the product was received I was happy with my purchase because it was exactly what I had purchased. Great communication, fast delivery and wonderful experience.

  I contacted the seller because I wasn’t pleased with the condition of the device as it was described on eBay. The seller immediately contacted me back and issued a very fair, partial refund. Very happy with the item I received. Shipping was quick and easy. The customer service was top notch. I would purchase from this vendor again!

  Seller is a SCAM!! Do not buy from. They will not honor their advertised price. After buying a faucet, they messaged me and said there was a price mistake (image attached). They cancelled my order with the untruthful reason "Out of stock or damaged" (image attached). eBay said that even though the seller violated eBay's policies, eBay cannot make the seller honor the advertised price. Seller also changed name from "sunligth" to "sunlight20" to scam again (image attached).

  I contacted the seller because the expiration date on the listing was wrong—the date on the item I received was 2 1/2 years EARLIER than what was on the listing. Initially the seller refused to send a partial refund for their error and didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the mistake. I had to contact eBay and then they sent a partial refund.
