    Overall good/fine, but the delivery was clumsy (because the delivery company, UnIUni, SUCKS). They said out for delivery on Tuesday, which didn't happen, then it just showed up on Friday. Seller, please use a different service.

    Ordered 2 only got one. Contacted seller for replacement or refund but have not received anything. Seller keeps saying that they are unable to refund due to my dispute 😡😡😡. Won’t buy from this seller again and for everyone else be ware.

    The seller was totally professional. He informed me that there would be a delay in the delivery of an additional few days. Very nice and refreshingly respectful. My problem though was that the item didn't live up to the manufacture's descriptions. They said a phone is not necessary, but I couldn't get things started without one. I was also under the impression that there were 8 languages built into the unit and for more one had to subscribe. For me, in order to get any, you had to pay monthly.
