  Seller listed an item for sale and did not have it. The frame was expensive and we were waiting for it to arrive. I had to contact the seller to see if they shipped it and ONLY THAN I was informed the item was out stock. Very disappointed in this experience.

  Hello I apologize that the time expectancy for the frame to arrive was not when you expected it to be. we did not tell you that the item was out of stock, only that it took a little longer then expected to arrive. we apologize again for not meeting your timely demands and we will work to improve so these rare occurrences don't occur.   I made the order almost 2 weeks ago it was marked shipped not too long afterwards. I waited a few days and noticed that the tracking hasn’t updated and still was saying that the shipping company was still waiting for the item. I contacted the seller on 7/25 and was told that the item will go out on Mon 7/28. I contacted the seller to confirm if it was dropped off on Tues 7/29 now I’m being told that it is out of stock until 1st week of August.
