  The first one that I was sent seemed to be faulty as it wouldn't charge and the LED torch wouldn't work, I messaged the seller and they replied very quickly and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly, with a 53% charge and charged to 100% within about 4 hours. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Item arrived faulty, seller made it difficult to return, had to go through ebay to get a return. Seller said they would refund, postage, never happened. Item got stuck in customs in China for weeks, contacted ebay again to authorise refund. Would not recommend this seller.
