  This key suspension part for my Volvo car was sent in a timely manner and the communication was very professional! The part appears exactly as described so I'm pleased. A terrific seller with high quality parts for much less $$ than other auto shops so I can only recommend. I think the few negatives they have were buyers who did not research their cars and parts thoroughly enough for compatibility, explains 99% of cases.
