  Excellent communication, packaging and delivery. The item was as described, and represented very well in the photographs provided. The seller was very responsive to my request for expedited delivery, and adjusted the delivery charge so that I could purchase the item ASAP.   Trainers were exactly as described - thank you - but sadly too big so had to be returned - simple easy transaction (just one point to note although dispatched promptly Yodel did not deliver on specified date took another 4 days - this wasn’t an issue for me bit might be for others).

  The seller updated regularly and when the package was said d to have been delivered but NOT to my address then went the extra mile to find out what had happened and keep me informed. I have now received the item in excellent condition. This seller is highly recommended.

  Great customer service all round. I ordered this item which was sent very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately it was not a good fit for me so had to return the item, My refund was processed within virtually 72 hours. Very efficient - would not hesitate in buying from this seller again.
