The PS Portal’s condition is flawless, it came in its original box, the portal looked brand new, and the shipping box was packaged properly. Exactly as described: perfect quality. One note, there was a missing charging cable that was in the listed items of the purchase, but it was missing. I reached out to the seller and the seller responded within 5 mins to rectify.   The ram was shipped fast and arrived in a timely manner, it was packaged in bubble wrap and a thick bubble mailer it was described as 'used' condition it came in and looked brand new it even had the warranty sticker on both sticks, overall the seller was exceptional.
