Just as described, good value and well packaged. However, needed to be reminded to ship the product after the expected delivery date. No apology, but sent expedited overnight, so saved the day. Suggest that the seller be more proactive as other buyers may not be as forgiving.

AVOID THIS SELLER. This CPU was listed as brand new, but it arrived used, in very very very poor packaging (the CPU was loose between two bits of foam). They have ignored all contact for days, so the situation is only getting sorted with eBay's help. This is the worst experience I have had on eBay to date. The least I would have expected was a sorry, but the seller seems to want to SCAM everyone with misleading listings. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Item was as described. Wasn't sure initially since the picture for the listing didn't match what it was supposed to be. Phone was thoughtfully packaged in multiple layers and arrived in a pristine condition.
