  Item not as described, some of the adjustment loops on the back of the wig cap are sewn flat and can't be used. Seller provided a partial refund due to the defect. Overall this wig seems to be good quality and more natural looking than the synthetic wigs I own. Fast shipping, good communication and great customer service. I recommend this seller and would buy from again. A+
