I arranged a pick up because the seller was local and she made it very easy. She communicated well and I was glad that I saved the money on postage. The duck hanger was exactly as she had described and I thought it was worth the price I paid. I appreciated the environmentalism aspect of collecting it because that meant that it didn't require any packaging. Overall a very positive purchasing experience.
