  Asked about shipping time and told seller the dress was needed quickly. They said they would ship that day, and they didn’t. They shipped it 3 days later and it arrived far to late for the event

  100% untrue, check the tracking. Same old thing for buyers who want their items sooner than a delivery service can provide at peak holiday times. The item was purchased AFTER the last pickup of the day. It was shipped the next possible available time which was the following day, less than 18 hours after purchase. We could not have performed any faster. The buyer could have purchased EXPRESS shipping, but did not. Managing delivery service expectations during the holiday season impossible. Thanks
