    Great communication plenty of updates on progress of the item. Packaged well (but had been opened in transit box ripped open even with the edges cello tape down) Delivery time very good.     Excellent customer service: I was initially sent the wrong item, but they noticed and got in touch before it had even arrived. Very accommodating, apologetic, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, they sorted out the return in as convenient a way as possible and replaced it very quickly with the correct item.     Condition as described and of official product. Chose to pay a little extra postage for 24 hour delivery and arrived on time perfectly. Communication with Alex was superb so thank you.fora yo e else looking to buy, the print is black(in my opinion) and not the blue as it appears in some of the photos.
