  The unit itself was complete and functional, however, packing was not that great. It is lucky that no major damage occurred. The front panel sustained scratches that were not present in the listing photos. This was caused by the metal soldering iron holders coming in contact with the front panel during shipping. better packing and padding would have prevented this. Please do better with your packing/shipping.
