Messaged seller on 26/06/2025 asking for copy of GST invoice and 12mth warranty certificate. Both items as advertised on site, still waiting. Phone took 11 days to arrive from Sydney to Adelaide. Not entirely sellers fault but they did take a little while to actually send the item. Phone was poorly packaged. Overall transaction was just ok :)

The phone is great brand new in sealed box. Sam was very helpful with ensuring the phone was posted to my PO Box rather than my home address, as this was far more secure. I will be buying my next phone from you guys.

Seller was very communicative in resolving the issue. Had the phone sent back and the originally purchase was sent to me. Phone quality is excellent, condition is better then i expected looks almost brand new. Pretty good value and appearance is as described.

I informed them I wanted to cancel but then they called me to inform us that they had sourced another of the right item and they sent it that day. This seller was excellent, unfortunately I can’t say the same about Australia Post! Even though express post was paid for, and posted on time, they didn’t deliver until after Easter. Disgusting service by Aust Post!
