  This package was lost by the post office. However, the seller is a incredible Human and made sure to communicate with me and make sure we had a positive, as much as possible outcome. The package finally arrived today, from the person who received it at the wrong address and placed it on my porch!! I am going see how we can send the refund back to the seller. Ebay was a complete failure and refused to refund us and the one who rightly should have as they offer the protection and insurance.
