  Initial postage didn't arrive in time. Seller handled the situation great by sending again with tracking number after an additional waiting period I proposed. Both postages arrived at the same time (the second arrived in record time). In both the seller dispatched the packages immediately. Packaging was also great! Condition of the used items very good.   The cover fits the T470S laptop as described, As used part there are some marks from previous use, one of the screw was hard to tighten, maybe the screw insert in laptop itself was damaged, nothing bad. Shipping was fast, it was well packaged, no damage from the transport. I am satisfied and i can recomend this seller.

  This was shipped overseas, taking nearly 6000 miles to get to me. The product arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. It was very well bubble wrapped. The product works great and resurrected my dead laptop. The fan runs smooth and silently. Five stars for everything: great seller.
