  Ordered the alternator and arrived fast. Packaged well and alternator was the one in the pictures. Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. They refunded my payment. Honest seller, Thank you & thumbs up

  This seller is Amazing !! Great communication !! Fast shipping!! I received this 250 lbs. item from across the country in less time than than buying an item in my own State.   Great customer service! They accidentally sent me the wrong part! I contacted them and they reached out immediately. As soon as they received the returned part they refunded me immediately!   I made an offer that was accepted so I feel like I got a good value. Well packaged and secured. Shipping company damaged the inside panel of the door. I documented the damage with the carrier when the door arrived and Stricker worked a partial credit out the same day. I was still able to use the remaining part of the door that was undamaged. It was grade A just as advertised.
