    No muss no fuss, just a quick turnaround time after making my purchase. Very well packaged for shipment. No real communication other than letting you know the items are on the way, but when material is this well packaged and shipping is that quick, it's fine.     This is my second major guitar purchase made from Rocky and Street Sounds. Can't say enough positives about my experiences with them. Always hesitant about making major guitar purchases online but Rocky answered all of my questions and emails promptly. After looking at ALLOT of other dealers inventories, hands down, Rocky gave me the BEST deal on both of the "high end" new Guilds that I purchased from him. That's what makes a repeat customer.
