  Your product is very good , the courier is not a good one , on delivery she handed me the package informing me that she needs to take a photo of it being delivered I held the package at arms length so I was not in the photo she then informs me to put it down on the floor as she is not allowed to photo it any other way , I refused to put it on the floor I an elderly bending is not my good point . She argued I told her ok no photo my way at arms length or no way She took the photo and left . If

  Bought and paid for one item and got a different one! Sent a message including pictures of what I got and also of the item I bought, Emily was not worried about it, and now I have to go the extra mile to send the wrong item back! I have to go the extra mile and not the seller. Unacceptable I had just a :oh I am sorry, send me the item back and as soon as I receive it I'll send you the right item! Really? No more

  It's my first time using this seller for this product and I love the Beanies products and they are not easy to purchase from shops. This seller is great as there are so many varieties to choose from which you don't get from a shop and the seller's price is reasonable.
