  I was sent an item that did not match the description of my intended purchase. Upon receipt I contacted the seller and my purchase price and shipping was refunded immediately with a genuine apology. I didn’t get my item but seller rectified the situation and that’s all he could do. I do recommend this seller, mistakes happen.

  Seller sent a damaged package. Description showed new in box. When I asked the seller how he’d like to proceed, he said I can either get another figure or get my $$$ back. I chose the figure. Next day seller told me I had to pay additional shipping for the item. I told him I’d be contacting eBay and he immediately refunded me. This is more of a lesson for the sellers - if you show pictures of the item mint, then the buyer expects mint! Learn to describe your items better and stop using AI!!!

  I’m definitely jealous! Despite using EBay shipping as well, this item arrived super quick! I am more than happy with my purchase and my experience talking with this seller. He was very communicative and I really appreciated the Pokemon sticker he threw in that my daughter loves. Definitely will look at shopping here again

  I thought neutral feedback was generous given that the auction promised me a new in the box item with documentation & cables and What I received was an used item with no box in bubble wrap with bent controls & scratches as shown in my return info. This was a deceptive auction & I hope the seller learns to be more honest in the future, Neutral feedback is gift after receiving the well used item. I was put into a goodwill bin because I m not into projects. Be honest is the key!
