  Was disappointed that the description said this was a 5 speed model, whereas I received a 3 speed model. Seller was quick in communication and explained how the error was made as well as offered a full refund with return or a partial discount. It was quite reasonable and handled quickly. This is a AAA+ seller and I would not hesitate to deal with again. Thank you and I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
