    Shipping was relatively fast. Packaging was original APC box that was not in real good shape, but it made it with no damage to the UPS. UPS was new, open box, as described, but was manufactured in 2023, so my battery warranty is significantly shorter than it would have been if I had purchased a new (or refurb) UPS. My offer of 25.00 dollars less than asking price was accepted, but had I known it was two years old already, I would have offered 50.00 dollars less to get an actual fair price.

    Perfectly as described by the seller. Original packing of item appeared just as the photos. Shipping was fast and packing was adequate for the item. Easy transaction and very good price. I would do business with the seller again.

    I have the 10 oz. Ember but preferred a larger one for the office. Found this one at a great price! Thank you! Item was as described. Packed great. If it was used I could not even tell other than maybe the condition of the box. I would buy from this seller again.
