  Items arrived quickly and as pictured. Despite the great care taken in packaging, coming through the postal service two glasses broke in shipping. The seller graciously refunded the two glasses immediately. The others were lovely as shown. I would definitely buy with this seller again.

  Thank you for the expert packing job. This was the 2nd one I ordered, the first arrived in a dozen pieces. Thinking I'd never get another one, I saw yours and purchased with fingers crossed. Finally I have my Bencini Don Quixote and Rocinante. You made my day.

  I love the watch, but the listing said "Brand New". When I received it, it didn't work. I contacted the seller and her only response was "It works. Needs Battery". The listing didn't state this. I asked for a $20 refund to cover the cost of the battery replacement 2 days ago and she hasn't responded. I don't recommend buying from this seller as she misrepresents the products she is selling.
