    Great service overall from STL Discounts; everything well packaged, fast delivery and quality made. At one point during the delivery, it appeared the package had been lost or misplaced by the postal system. The STL manager immediately assessed the situation and provided his insight to the incorrect tracking information. As a result of his quick action, I was reassured the situation would be resolved which it was. Seller customer communication is A+++++++++. Thanks very much.

    Great seller. I ordered one and liked it so much I purchased another. The second was damaged by the mail and the seller sent be a replacement with no questions asked. I also think the quality of this product relative to the price is much better than some other water towers I've seen listed.

    Fast Shipping. Thanks. As described. Packaging could have protected the disc cases a little better because I scratched a few when cutting open the tape on the box. Good value for the item.
