  Thank you so much for a great product at a great price. Very fast shipping and excellent packaging. Item just as described. The only issue was totally my fault. I thought I had a 340 MHz unit and come to find out I needed a 360 MHz. Which was no fault at all of the seller. No return whatsoever I will just find someone that needs a 340 MHz! This seller is 100% incredible. Thanks so much again.

  Remote in new condition, but would not program with Att as described. Called Att and spent an hour with them to get this programmed, but it would not work with the dvr box. Seller was very nice and understood and gave me a refund right away.
